Your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall also govern all transactions on the website to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

Delivery

We can only make deliveries to the UK mainland. Certain areas in the Scottish Highlands are not possible but please call us for more details.  For further delivery details please click here. All our prices includes delivery of the furniture to your home unless otherwise stated.

The furniture you have purchased may be for self assembly. This means that it will be delivered to your home flat packed for you to build. For your convenience we can offer you the details of fully insured furniture assembly people who will come to your home and fit up everything you have purchased. The cost varies for each manufacture and type of furniture.

Pricing

We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any manufacturing, supplier or transport increases, or if the price shown on the website is wrong due to error or omission.  We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, debit card, cheques or cash.

Colours and Finishes

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure colour and finish consistency however some products are hand finished and fabric, leather and wood colours/stains and dyes vary among batches.  Wood products will exhibit natural variation in colour and grain. We advise that you purchase items within a range at the same time as they will be made in one batch which will ensure a good colour match. 

Imformation and Specifications

All descriptions, drawings, pictures,  colours and specifications are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products.

Delivery Details - You can normally expect at least 3-5 days notice of your delivery day. A time slot is usually given - this may help to avoid waiting around all day!  The goods, or at least the packaging, need to be checked and signed for. In the unlikely case of fault or damage please register this with the driver who will liaise with us.  If there is no-one available to accept an arranged delivery, and the goods have to be returned to us, then unfortunately the customer will incur a 2nd delivery charge.  We would then contact the customer to discuss alternative arrangements.

Delivery times for our furniture ranges vary. Some ranges are held in stock in our warehouse, some are arriving on a regular basis whilst others are manufactured to order. Any delivery date or period for delivery given will be considered as indicative only, although its our policy to fulfil all orders in the estimated time given.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR NEW FURNITURE CAN FIT IN TO YOUR ROOM OF CHOICE. We can not be held responsible for the return of goods due to items not being able to fit in your room.

You are responsible for providing a safe means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our Courier considers that access is unsafe then the Goods will not be delivered until safe access is provided.

If we are unable to deliver your Goods due to there being no safe means of access to the place of delivery we shall be entitled to cancel your order and refund your payments less the costs of the failed delivery at £50 + VAT administration fee.

If we accidentally damage goods in the course of the delivery then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods or the value thereof.

Where a delivery date has been agreed with our Carrier but you are not present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge you a minimum of £50 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery. We reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent deliveries

You are liable for any loss or extra cost incurred by us through your instructions or lack of instructions or through failure or delay in taking delivery or through any acts or defaults on your part.

Once Goods have been signed for upon delivery, we cannot accept any claims for any damage to those Goods.

We do not deliver furniture to the Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK or the following areas, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and some parts of Wales. Postcodes that we do not deliver to are BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, LD parts of LL, PA14-76, parts of SA, SY and ZE.

Assembly -  Most of our furniture is delivered flat-packed in order to offer you the best price for the products and to keep delivery charges to a minimum.  We do not offer an assembly service however all our products come with full assembly instructions and require nothing more than basic tools such as a screwdriver and hammer and the tools in the pack to put them together. If you require assemble please contactus to provide you with details of assembly companies in your area.
You don't need any specialist skills and as long as you are patient and careful you should have no problems.

Cancellations prior to delivery - If you wish to cancel an order placed and the product you have ordered is "made to order"  or "has arrived at our warehouse ready for dispatch" it is unlikely we are able to sell it to another customer at the full selling price. We will therefore reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the order price.

Returning Delivered Goods - The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 We want you to be entirely happy with your new purchase however if you decide you are not entirely happy with it or you have simply changed your mind then please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods.  We are happy for you to return the goods to us at your cost, alternatively we can arrange a collection at a cost of £100.00 We ask that you please return the goods back in the original packaging taking care to reseal the box so we are able to resell.

Faults - Should you receive your bed and there is fault, you should contact Kidz Bedroom Depot and inform us of this. We will ask you for a to email a digital image of the fault. If Appropriate Kidz Bedroom Depot will then arrange for replacement parts to be sent out to you as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days for replacements to reach you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
