What age can a child use a bunk bed?
Bunk beds are generally suitable for children aged 6 years and up. We recommend reserving the top bunk for older kids, as they'll find it easier to safely climb up and down. The lower bunk is a great option for younger children who may find going to a higher bunk difficult.
What size are bunk beds?
Bunk beds typically accommodate single mattresses, with each bed measuring approximately 190cm x 90cm. Yes, our bunk beds are designed to be easily assembled. They come flat-packed with comprehensive instructions that explain the set-up of your new bed. If you'd prefer to take a step back and have somebody else assemble the bed, many of our bunk beds can be assembled for an additional fee - you can add this service either in checkout if available on the product.
