Designed for safety, like our best seller’s Stepaside triple double-story bed, this high sleeper has a wide-grade ladder, which also doubles as storage lockers to maximise space, as well as greater foot stability, while taking up stairs, alongside raised side panels, raised side panels For cosy and comfortable night sleep. Stairways are much safer than a normally damped double-deck bed

Notification and Scheduling:

Once your product reaches the carrier, you will receive an automatic notification that it is at their warehouse. An email or SMS will be sent 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If you cannot accept delivery on the booked date, please respond to decline, or the delivery will proceed as planned. The evening before delivery, you will receive a time slot and a live tracking link to follow the route on the delivery day.

Preparation for Delivery:

To facilitate a smooth delivery, please clear the chosen room and access points such as hallways and stairs. Our two-man delivery team, comprising trained, uniformed furniture specialists, will transport your items safely using specific handling equipment. Deliveries to flats and apartments are made to the ground floor only.

Assembly Services:

We offer an assembly service for some products to enhance your convenience. Select this option at checkout or contact us to arrange it post-purchase. If you prefer to assemble the item yourself, detailed instructions are provided.
