The sturdy four step ladder can be assembled to the right or the left on the front of the bed frame and offer solid Birch wood steps, the ladder side rails have hand hold cut outs for a safer climb. Both the pullout chair bed and storage cupboard are free standing pieces of furniture and can be arranged under the bed frame or elsewhere in the room. The pullout chair bed comes complete with the seat and back rest cushions which are available in a choice of colours. The Urban high sleeper bed frame offers an end panel suitable for use to mount a flat screen TV all that is required is the wall to TV bracket.
Handy matching clip on shelves are available as optional items with Birch shelf ends and a white shelf.

Notification and Scheduling:
Once your product reaches the carrier, you will receive an automatic notification that it is at their warehouse. An email or SMS will be sent 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If you cannot accept delivery on the booked date, please respond to decline, or the delivery will proceed as planned. The evening before delivery, you will receive a time slot and a live tracking link to follow the route on the delivery day.
Preparation for Delivery:
To facilitate a smooth delivery, please clear the chosen room and access points such as hallways and stairs. Our two-man delivery team, comprising trained, uniformed furniture specialists, will transport your items safely using specific handling equipment. Deliveries to flats and apartments are made to the ground floor only.
Assembly Services:
We offer an assembly service for some products to enhance your convenience. Select this option at checkout or contact us to arrange it post-purchase. If you prefer to assemble the item yourself, detailed instructions are provided.
