The shelf under the bed is ideal for a computer or TV because a chair can be easily mounted under the sleeping area
The wizard high sleep steps with futon have certainly been designed in mind, the deep steps and the holes for climbing the ladder provide easy and safe access to and from the top sleeping area
The Green futon allows you the option of having a sleeping area, but practical, more comfortable and a stay area, all in one. Can be easily opened in one bed if necessary and turned effortlessly back into a couch when not used, so you have more space to move
