The shelf under the bed is ideal for a computer or TV because a chair can be easily mounted under the sleeping area

The Wizard high sleep steps with futon have certainly been designed in mind, the deep steps and the holes for climbing the ladder provide easy and safe access to and from the top sleeping area

The Pink futon allows you the option of having a sleeping area, but practical, more comfortable and a stay area, all in one. Can be easily opened in one bed if necessary and turned effortlessly back into a couch when not used, so you have more space to move

Notification and Scheduling:

Once your product reaches the carrier, you will receive an automatic notification that it is at their warehouse. An email or SMS will be sent 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If you cannot accept delivery on the booked date, please respond to decline, or the delivery will proceed as planned. The evening before delivery, you will receive a time slot and a live tracking link to follow the route on the delivery day.

Preparation for Delivery:

To facilitate a smooth delivery, please clear the chosen room and access points such as hallways and stairs. Our two-man delivery team, comprising trained, uniformed furniture specialists, will transport your items safely using specific handling equipment. Deliveries to flats and apartments are made to the ground floor only.

Assembly Services:

We offer an assembly service for some products to enhance your convenience. Select this option at checkout or contact us to arrange it post-purchase. If you prefer to assemble the item yourself, detailed instructions are provided.
